Please know that my caseload and waitlist is currently full and unfortunately I am not accepting new clients right now. I operate my own private practice and specialize in working with teens, adults, and families by helping parents with their children, and helping adults work through their trauma. Through the use of attachment based, trauma-informed therapy, we will work hard together to address the issues and difficulties that you or your child might be experiencing. Trauma is so often the cause of anxiety and depression and therefore, it should not be ignored. Through different therapies (EMDR, Narrative Therapy, CBT, etc) we will address that trauma together in a safe and healing way. I am a registered facilitator of Circle of Security Parenting and am a Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma professional.
