About

Veterans and First Responders: I have been where you are or have been. I have personally experienced the extreme hardships of being a military pilot in combat. I served in combat in Vietnam and Bosnia. My military career as a pilot lasted more than 21 years. I have suffered the trauma, mental anguish, and heartbreak of losing friends and loved ones by my extreme and undisciplined behavior and unknown gut-clenching anger. My journey has given me a unique and empathetic perspective and effective tools to support and diminish the invisible wounds and scars of military service and combat.

I specialize in addressing the challenges of traumas and complex traumas that have directly caused depression, anxiety, anger, uncertainty, and PTSD. My therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Flash Technique.

I am committed to creating an environment that every individual can feel understood and able to freely navigate their thoughts, emotions, and actions freely, safely, and with deeper understanding. I promise an unwavering commitment to maintaining each person’s privacy and trust.
