Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
Therapy works and it’s okay to ask for help. As a co-occurring therapist, I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addiction, trauma, and relational conflict. I was a life coach for years and then moved into substance use counseling before receiving a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. I am committed to helping couples, families, and individuals through life’s challenges. I have worked in outpatient, inpatient, and private practice settings supporting clients with many diverse backgrounds. I incorporate a variety evidence-based modalities such as narrative, emotion focused therapy, attachment theory, DBT, and cognitive therapy to support the therapeutic process coupled with person center treatment interventions. Somethings in life can be confusing to navigate. If you’re feeling stuck, frozen by symptoms or conflict and you’re wanting to change, reach out for a consultation.
