Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and overly emotional? Trying to "fix" things on your own without success? Untreated, these feelings often lead to anxiety, depression, family conflict and increase stress; this prevents you from living your life to the fullest. Coping during stressful times requires talking to a compassionate professional who will treat you with dignity and respect. The goal of therapy is for each person to reach their highest potential in all areas of their lives. I treat children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing various emotional and psychological symptoms. In the individual setting I use a humanistic and cognitive-behavioral approach that is very client-centered. I work with couples and families using Family Systems Therapy and Family/Marital Therapy. These are evidenced to be effective in bringing about positive family change and improved communication and dynamics between couples and families. We offer teletherapy services and continue to focus on the presenting issue while getting to the core. When life becomes challenging, you can trust that you will receive the best care. My experience spans over 20 years and encompasses treatment in a variety of settings. I have worked in residential treatment, schools k-12, and outpatient treatment.
