Hi there! I'm a Christian wife and mom who has lived in this area for over 35 years I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges and many other issues. I work with teenagers who are experiencing challenges with school, family or relationships. I also enjoy working with adults, both individuals and couples, who want more out of their relationships or who are experiencing stress. I use Gottman Method materials for work with couples. Personally I have overcome many of life's challenges and I enjoy working alongside others to help you move forward. You are not alone in your struggles. My specialties are working with the following populations, teenagers, adults and couples. I have experience working with clients who have anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family problems, job and/or career struggles, school issues I have been married for almost 35 years. I understand the ups and downs of marital relationships. I have worked in the education field with children and families and/or counseling for over 30 years. I have raised two children who are both now adults working full time. I understand the challenges of raising kids in today's world.
