I am highly skilled with first responders, veterans, law enforcement, and their dependents. As a Marine Corps veteran, I specialize in working with C-PTSD, Severe Trauma, Substance Abuse Disorders, Domestic Violence, and Attachment Disorders. I utilize person-centered, ABA, CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, EFT, Gestalt, Narrative, and mindfulness techniques. Each client is viewed as a person of value with unique gifts and talents. When we experience trauma, we tend to focus on only on the trauma. I help you rediscover your strengths! Specific focus is placed on assisting the client to define the trauma in order to find healing and move on to building positive life skills and self-confidence to reach inner peace.
