About

I am a collaborator, advocate, and nurturer in the counseling relationship. I look for opportunities to better support and empower clients on their journey towards a more hopeful, healthier life. My mission is to help clients who are stressed, overwhelmed, or struggling with a variety of areas, such as post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, changes in life, grief, trauma, and divorce. I do not provide custody evaluations, and I am not an expert witness as defined by the legal system.

I help clients identify problems and create more effective strategies to resolve these issues. I find myself using Neurofeedback, cognitive-behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and a variety of other treatments according to the client's needs.

I believe all persons have resources available to grow into functional and emotionally healthy adults. The sessions are designed to meet the individual needs of the client.
