Reaching out for support can be one of the most challenging yet empowering things an individual can do. Good for you on taking the first step! Even if you are accustomed to dealing with life’s challenges on your own, sometimes the situations and experiences that arise can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate alone. Maybe you are searching for new coping strategies, or just need to work through a difficult situation, or maybe you have been struggling for a while and finally decided it's time to get some support. If so, I would love to walk a few steps beside you on your journey. My therapeutic style is positive and empathetic but my mission is to challenge you to find the strength and tools within yourself. I have knowledge and experience using a variety of therapeutic approaches which allows me to individualize my approach to your needs. I also offer walk-and-talk therapy to clients in Northwest, IN as an alternative to virtual. If you are ready to work through challenging issues or heal from difficult life experiences that may be holding you back or weighing on you, I welcome you to reach out. I will meet you where you are and we will determine together how to get you heading in the direction you desire.
