Just as the moon passes through different phases, so do we. Some phases are darker and some brighter than others, as is life. A new moon represents new beginnings, growth, rebirth, and renewed energy. I opened Luna Nueva Mental Health, LLC, so I could accompany clients on their journeys toward healing, understanding, and coping with each new phase, change, and season in life. I offer psychotherapy as well as somatic therapy. I am a Brainspotting Certified therapist, and practice utilizing training rooted in attachment theory and parts work. View 7 Photos I specialize in serving and empowering pregnant and postpartum persons who are experiencing changes in their mental health, those who have experienced trauma, loss, and/ or have struggled with fertility challenges. Additionally, I enjoy working with other therapists and in general mental health with adults and adolescents age 14+. I am an LGBTQ+ Ally. I offer In-Person and/ or Telehealth services in Texas.
