I am a Licensed Professional Counselor whose scope of practice includes addiction and mood disorders. A Baton Rouge, LA native, I have earned both my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and her Master of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of New Orleans. My holistic therapeutic framework includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and narrative therapies, as well as implementing the Wellness Model. I have worked extensively with adolescent and adult populations within the recovery community in New Orleans and surrounding areas. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you through your current journey. I have worked in the juvenile justice system in Diversion and Drug Court programs, as well as inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment settings. I am also a participant in various counseling-related organizations including the American Counseling Association, Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development, and the LCA.
