I bring over 20 years of experience to my virtual personal and career counseling practice, offering you the opportunity to learn skills and maintain your progress. We are the same person at home that we are at work. I am able to diagnose and treat multiple mental health issues and help you create balance in your life. I approach our relationship by asking "if I helped you today, what would it look like?". More than "you talk, I listen", counseling with a purpose! I utilize Impact Therapy, combining elements of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Gestalt theories. You are involved and engaged in creating change you want. This approach is an active and creative approach to counseling. I am an Certified EMDR provider. The goal of each session is to create change, or set in motion the process to create change. What you need will depend upon where you are in your life and career, and where you want to go.
