I have worked in the social work field for twenty years. During that time, I have worked with survivors of trauma, abuse, those who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD and various mental health disorders. I have also worked with hospice patients and their families, as well as immigrant families/adolescents. In addition, I enjoy assisting clients work through life transitions within college, career, divorce and loss. I thrive to provide a safe place to tackle life’s challenges together through trauma-informed/person-centered/strengths-based therapy. Life is a journey with numerous hills and valleys and no designated path but the ones we chose or sometimes are chosen for us through life’s challenges. I strive to work align side of clients through their struggles to seek peace and direction in their journey of life.
