ADHD Specialist. We all want happy kids, well functioning families, successful careers and peaceful home environments. ADHD makes that very challenging. My focus is in the diagnosis and treatment of kids, teens and adults with ADHD. I also treat Depression, Anxiety, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Understanding ADHD, knowing how to manage difficult behavior and support executive functioning deficits with skill makes a difference. Having support gives the assurance that you are doing everything possible to create a supportive, intentional, and cohesive family despite the challenges of living with ADHD. I work collaboratively with adults, children, teens, parents, and medication providers to form an ADHD support team for your family. I am certified in coaching which means I partner with families to identify and achieve specific, realistic measurable goals. Together we can achieve positive outcomes that allow you to thrive with ADHD. I work by telehealth to make getting support for ADHD convenient and sustainable. When facing the challenges associated with ADHD it helps to have a partner to help to address them and build on strengths. I have 25 years of experience treating ADHD. With a support system in place, ADHD can be managed and families can flourish despite it.
