My first priority is to help my clients increase their understanding of their problems and needs in order to set and achieve attainable goals for change. Identifying and understanding patterns of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and communication is essential to making change that can lead to a reduction in anxiety & depression, improve communication, and boost interest and enjoyment in activities. I have over 20 years experience in helping people with a wide range of symptoms from mild anxiety and depression to Bipolar disorder. My areas of interest are working with individuals who suffer from depression and/or anxiety and with families or couples on improving communication and resolving conflicts. What makes my practice unique is that I offer a Christian perspective in a quiet private practice setting.
