About

It's a big step to ask for help. I engage in a coaching style, using a non-judgemental approach. I believe you are the expert of what matters to you. My training is grounded in mind/body medicine which incorporates skills and practices that get results and promote lifestyle changes. It's in these lifestyle changes that growth and sustained change occurs. I’m committed to putting myself out of business by equipping you with a variety of tools to manage stress, depression, anxiety, or grief. I don't ask clients to do anything I have not practiced or do myself.

People living to manage chronic stress related to relationship conflicts, mild to moderate depression, mild to moderate anxiety, grief, infertility, ADHD, professional and personal development, or dealing with issues related to racial trauma, or trauma related sexual or gender identity.

I use calming, melodic, non-judgemental approach when communicating with clients. Prosody and intonation can be its own healing tool, which I use when engaging clients in various mindfulness and mindful awareness practices.
