I am a kind, direct and a collaborative therapist. I believe therapy is simply an opportunity to develop a new skill set for moving through life's challenges. I create a calm, non-judgmental space for you to be you, exploring what you need to heal. I enjoy working with individuals/couples working through relationship and communication issues, pornography and sex addictions, all sexual issues, infidelity/affair recovery, and working with men/women, LGBTQIA + who are in distress. I focus on helping others get to know themselves more deeply and as a result develop stronger connections in the world. When life feels hard and overwhelming, I am a grounded presence that will help you rediscover your worth and purpose. As a therapist, not only do I use my professional training but I also lean on my personal experience being married to my loving partner of 39 years, plus being a Mom of 2, and a Nana to 2.
