What would it look for you to live a life that more closely aligns with your values and potential? Sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck as we repeat the same self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. We try to cope with the inevitably uncomfortable feelings that come with being human, but our coping mechanisms just don't seem to work anymore. I want to help you identify those sticking points and cultivate new, healthier ways of coping. In short, I want to to help you feel more alive again. As a therapist, I create a warm environment to help you achieve your goals. I mostly work with adults and adolescents who struggle with addiction, depression, and anxiety. I also enjoy working with people who are simply working adjusting to life events and transitions. I believe that change and healing take place in the context of relationships with other people, and I would consider it a privilege to cultivate a therapeutic relationship with you as you take steps towards living into your values and potential.
