My approach to therapy begins with establishing a level of comfort, safety and open communication. I have an authentic and genuine manner that sets the tone for a productive therapeutic relationship. My experience has afforded me the opportunity to utilize a blend of treatment modalities and tailor my approach to the individual needs and goals of a client.
