I work with individuals who struggle with trauma, relationship problems, and not taking care of oneself first. Trauma is anything that felt too big to handle at the time and continues to come back to haunt you today. This means trauma can come from many different life experiences. I find that many of my clients have attachment and relationship trauma that continues to affect their present day relationships. We will spend time healing your wounds to help you grow into the person you wish to be, with a stronger sense of safety within yourself, your relationships, and the world you live in. Sessions are tailored to your needs and focused on attainable goals. I primarily use EMDR, Family Systems, Feminist, Attachment, and Polyvagal Theories to help my clients. My style includes a lot of humor and real talk. I often recommend books and podcasts for you to continue learning outside of session. Members of the LGBTQIA+ community are safe here. I ask that we have a free 15 minute phone consultation to make sure I am the right fit for your needs. Making that first contact is the hardest step, but please know that once you do, you are no longer alone. It is an honor to walk with you on your journey to wellness and I am grateful for your consideration in letting me join you.
