About

I view therapy as a collaborative journey where you can discover inner wisdom, make peace with your past, and create a more fulfilling present and future. I'm passionate about helping people express and externalize internal struggles, conflicts, or emotions. I aim to help clients cultivate a greater sense of self-insight and acceptance through the exploration of their inner selves. I understand that certain feelings and experiences can be challenging to convey solely through traditional talk therapy and emphasize the value of hands-on experiences for promoting emotional healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.

I work with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. I especially enjoy working with childhood intervention, anxiety, faith transitions, and helping individuals and families overcome adverse experiences and trauma. I am Gottman level 1 certified, IFS-informed, and trained in trauma-informed care, play therapy, and sand-tray therapy.

You are important and have unique experiences, strengths, and needs. It’s important to find a therapist who you feel comfortable with and who suits your specific needs and goals. Please reach out to see if I am a good fit for helping you and/or your family. I hope to support and encourage you along the journey of self-discovery and healing.
