About

I provide services to teens, young adults and adults. I have experience working with persons with depression, anxiety, identity issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma. My passion is working with women who have been in, or are in, abusive relationships (physically, emotionally, sexually, or verbally) and/or have trauma and work to help heal, restore, and empower them while growing into the women they want to be.

I use a holistic approach by looking at every aspect of the individual and their experiences to aide in treatment and healing, not only psychologically, but physically and spiritually as well. I use various theoretical homes to fit the client’s needs while also using creative and interactive techniques in the treatment process.

I strive to provide an environment for the client that allows growth and understanding. I offer a space to feel safe and supported while working to find and equip individuals with tools and strategies fitted for them that can be implemented by the client throughout their life.
