I specialize in working with Anxiety and Panic Disorder as it relates to relationships, career and performance concerns. I also work with many couples, offering marital, pre-marital and, separation counseling. My approach is eclectic and patient-centered, drawing from scientific/ evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, Trauma-informed. Above all, my services are compassionate and inspired at times by mindfulness and other eastern approaches. Therapy is offered conveniently over telehealth on Long Island ( Nassau & Suffolk County) to those in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island. As a graduate of the Silver Clinical Program at NYU, I have provided therapy, supervision and consulting to individuals, families, couples, other therapists and organizations.
