About

In psychotherapy, the therapist and client commit to work together to facilitate change. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space as we focus on issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment, sexual identity/LGBTQ concerns, and traditional/non-traditional relationships. My approach to therapy is both holistic and mindful. I view the client as a whole, focusing on the need to bring the mind, body, and spirit into harmony while each element plays a role in healing and the creation of change.

The client's treatment is tailored to the client's individual needs by blending elements from different therapeutic approaches. I employ methods including, but not limited to, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based theories, Acupuncture Detoxification, and Hypnotherapy. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Please contact Oz Therapy Services to create change.

My multicultural background allows me to work with a wide range of clients. I provide therapy in English, German, and Turkish.
