About

Update: (I only have mornings available). I love what I do because I am privileged you chose me to partner with you on your journey. I do talk therapy and play therapy. For youth I describe my therapy as like we were in a cafe just chatting. Please understand that building a trusting relationship and cultivating a safe space takes time. I take your mental health seriously and I will always put it first. I look forward to working with you.

As a therapist, I can help your youth by listening to them. It is good to have a person with an objective view and a person who is their person outside of the family. I let youths vent and then we take it from there. My practice is client lead. Whatever they need I try to guide them to a safe way to achieve it. My goal with them is to create coping skills.

I became a therapist after working as a case manager for runaway and homeless youth. I found that a lot of the youth I worked with just needed someone to listen to them. This is why I decided to change careers and become a therapist. I can help your youth by simply listening to them. I feel that they want to be heard and I am somebody who can do that.
