About

I have developed a counseling approach that is tailored for my brothers in every sector, from everyday husbands and fathers to the high-tempo males thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure settings. Having overcome personal obstacles, I empathize with their struggles. With 30 years of guiding men across diverse scenarios, my confidential seat offers ethical counsel. My experience as a Therapist, Prison & Air Force Chaplain, Enlisted Soldier, and Air Force Officer equips me with the expertise to counsel men in high-stress environments.

I specialize in using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Reality-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help men overcome stress, anxiety, and depression, while boosting their self-esteem. My counseling approach involves creating personalized roadmaps that enable men to achieve sustainable progress in their lives. A range of resources to empower men.

Brothers, it's about Actively Listening, Validating Feelings, Sharing, and Creating a Safe Space. Sitting in a non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself and exploring your thoughts and feelings. Brothers, I ask that you reach out to me, and wives & fiancées, prompt your significant other to reach out. It will be life-changing.
