Beginning to address our mental health takes a lot of bravery, strength, and courage to take that first step. It is not easy to ask for help, especially when we are not used to doing so. Many of us, especially from marginalized communities, face additional challenges that make navigating through life a balancing act. Whether it be due to stigma surrounding mental health, prior negative experiences, lack of access, or fear of trying something new, I want to welcome you and join you in taking that next step in your journey. I am a Masters level clinician with an interest in working with adults within the LGBTQ+ community. This is a community very dear to me as a LGBTQ+ clinician. I offer opportunity to explore your identities, work towards resolving trauma, and navigate the world through a lens of empowerment and self-acceptance. Via in person and telehealth sessions, I am here to assist you in what YOU would like to address in therapy. Although I am here to help, you know yourself more than any other person. We can work together to explore how the past has influenced your present and how we can begin changing the future for you.
