Seeking therapy can be hard but it is a sign you are ready to improve your life and your mental health I've been in the Social Work field for 24 years. I bring with me extensive expertise working with children and families (DCYS), domestic violence offenders and victims, school system, Children's Probate Court, etc. As a therapist, I can assist you navigating different systems that can cause many life stressors resulting in depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. My passion is to help others create capacity to help themselves. I have devoted my career to improving the mental health, education, and wellness of others. I maintain a non-judgmental, open minded, compassionate, and culturally sensitive therapeutic approach. I am Bilingual (Spanish and English).
