I’m passionate about working with those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship or peer stress, familial conflict, life transitions and those struggling with self-esteem/body image. Often, these experiences are interwoven and we can work together to create a plan to untangle these multifaceted areas of life. My goal is to help teens and adults find a positive sense of self and confidence in everyday life. I do this through individual, group, couple and family counseling. My approach tends to be a mix of Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that is constructed specific to the client and their goals. I aim to be a relatable aly and encourager in your journey to self awareness and growth. Beginning or returning to therapy can be intimidating so I commend you for already taking those first steps! “The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” -Carl Rogers
