Life and relationship can be hard and feeling stuck and alone at times, is normal for the best of us. When attitudes and behaviors we learned along the way, seem to no longer work in the relationships and situations we find ourselves in today, stress, conflict and feelings of overwhelm ensue. Therapy involves identifying and exploring the emotion and history behind it all, to bring forth new awareness and change. It is my passion to help those who are ready, gently move into the life they desire! I enjoy working with teens, adults, couples and families, who are seeking new perspectives and ways to manage life and relationships. I work with my clients on: stress, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, life transitions, challenges with communication, challenges with sustained connection in relationships and moving out of addiction and codependency. I utilize a trauma-informed, emotionally focused approach to therapy, with an emphasis on attachment, mindfulness and self- compassion. I enjoy knowing others and highly value the uniqueness of each individual. You can expect me to be warm, curious about you and seeking to tailor therapy to your specific needs, personality and goals.
