About

As a queer woman I feel immensely grateful to specialize in working with fellow queer community members. I am passionate about promoting accessibility for WPATH letters and love working with clients who are curious about/critical of the systems we are a part of and how that relates to how we see ourselves. I am firmly of the belief that none of us are free until all of us are free, and therapy is an inherently political space. I am passionate about all things pertaining to queer affirmative therapy; utilizing parts work to help confront parts that may have been shaped by societal expectations, trauma, or internalized stigmas.

If you were one of my clients, you'd experience a therapeutic space that is safe, where you are held and respected. I strive to create an environment where you feel accepted exactly as you are—even when that is tough to foster internally. My goal is to be a compassionate witness to all parts of you, helping you feel genuinely seen and heard without judgment.

I am able to meet you where you are, tend to shameful memories or experiences, and help you navigate your own internal and external worlds. If you are looking to grow, create connections, and understand yourself more clearly, I encourage you to reach out and see if we are a good fit with a complimentary initial consultation.
