About

My ideal clients are children and adolescents who are navigating various mental health challenges. These young individuals may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, or the emotional aftermath of significant life events. Their primary goals often include improving their emotional regulation, enhancing their social skills, and achieving academic success. They seek a supportive and understanding environment where they can express their feelings openly and work towards building resilience and coping strategies. By providing tailored interventions and compassionate guidance, I aim to help them overcome their hurdles.

With over 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. I specialize in creating individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child, whether it involves managing anxiety, coping with ADHD, or overcoming the challenges posed by significant life changes.

Being fully bilingual, I can effectively communicate with and support a diverse range of clients, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder their therapeutic process. My approach is centered on building a trusting relationship, fostering a safe space for expression and empowering young individuals to develop the skills they need to thrive.
