Are you going through difficult and stressful times? Do you want to improve your ability to regulate your emotions? I am a licensed psychologist, a registered play therapist-supervisor, a trauma-informed therapist, and a certified mindfulness teacher. The therapy I offer is psychodynamic, aimed at enhancing your coping skills by helping you regulate your emotions and thoughts and understand better how your childhood shaped you as an adult. Our goal will be to reduce reactivity to life's stressors and foster mindfulness and insight. We we will begin with a trial period: I will attentively listen to you, and you will assess if you feel comfortable with me. The next phase will involve addressing the issues you have presented by processing difficult emotions, examining thought patterns, and developing new skills for emotional adaptation to your life. If you choose to contact me, what should you expect? If we decide to work together, we will engage in short-term therapy (12-18 weeks). Upon completing therapy, we will evaluate the outcomes of our collaboration. If necessary, we may transition into long-term therapy to modify repetitive behavioral patterns and develop your personality traits and virtues.
