For over 23 years, I have been working in addictions counseling with individuals in all stages of addiction and recovery, and I’ve worked with individuals of all age groups. I believe recovery is possible for everyone who wants it and I want to assist you in meeting your own recovery goals. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of patients. I offer empathy, compassion and humanity to every client I meet. I have experience working with addictions, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and severe and persistent mental illness. I am trained to use CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, WRAP and many other therapeutic treatment models. I know that sometimes the hardest part of recovery is taking the first step to address the behavior. I want to help make that first step more comfortable and guide you through the tough process of getting and staying sober.
