I believe individuals possess strength, resiliency, and the capacity for change. Through my work in the field of mental health and human services for the past 12 years, I've provided therapy to individuals at all life stages and have witnessed remarkable healing and growth. I see older adolescents and adults experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, life transitions, loss, and interpersonal relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, and I use cognitive behavioral-therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral-therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). My interaction style is supportive, candid, and engaging. I regard the therapeutic relationship as one of these most valuable components of good therapy. My hope is to provide a safe space for you to reflect, process and grow. You don't have to struggle alone. If my approach sounds like a good fit for you, reach out today to see how we could work together.
