Being vulnerable and open can feel scary. I take a non-judgmental approach with all clients no matter what they bring to the therapy space. My style involves listening carefully, reflecting back, offering gentle challenges, and infusing all parts of the process with compassion (and sometimes humor!). My clients experience deeper insight, improved symptoms, and a sense that I am truly on their team, cheering them on. I aim to help you understand yourself better and explore how patterns of relating to others are impacting your life. My main areas of focus are transgender issues, improving interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and healing from trauma. I offer support to loved ones of queer and trans people who are navigating family changes with open hearts. I also enjoy supporting people with anxiety, including performance and social anxiety. If you think I may be the therapist for you, please reach out! We can set up a free 15-minute consultation where you'll get a good sense of my style and whether I'm the right fit for you.
