About

I believe in the healing power of relationships. At its best, therapy can be a place of offering company and witnessing to the parts of you that feel the most alone, fearful, ashamed, and uncertain.

I offer a warm and curious space in which your own knowing can be revealed and supported. Together, we can learn about what gets in the way of you showing up how you want to in the world and practice new patterns of thinking, feeling, and being.

I offer a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and anti-oppressive approach to my understanding of healing, incorporating mindfulness and somatic experience into my practice. I work with individual adults and offer queer/trans/non-binary, kink, and polyamorous-aware care.
