About

Anxiety underlies most behaviors and life decisions. I specialize in working with individuals contending with anxiety, job stress, burnout, depression, and life transitions. I use techniques and interventions from a variety of person centered, emotion-focused, and mind-body therapies to increase my clients resiliency and ability to cope with life's challenges. I help clients find meaning and purpose in their daily lives and assist them in identifying and meeting personal goals.

I meet with clients via my secure patient portal for individual therapy allowing you to work with me without having to leave your home. It is my intention to help you develop skills to better manage feelings of distress and find alternatives to behaviors that you feel are holding you back from emotional healing.

I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your needs. I advocate for self-care and the uplifting of the African American community.
