About

I work with teens (16+) and adults from all walks of life. Many people I work with seek support surrounding anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or relational wounds. Other areas of interest include working with LGBTQIA communities, 1st and 2nd generation immigrants, as well as exploring the impact of generational trauma, identity development, and grief and loss.

My approach is person-centered and strengths-based and is also informed by a systems framework that explores one's environment, community, and systems of oppression. I draw from several trauma-informed approaches depending on goals and needs, including EMDR and IFS, and also integrate mind-body approaches.

Therapy is a collaborative process that we will begin by exploring hopes for therapy and by forming goals. Along the way, we will explore strengths and areas of concern, explore and gain insight into past experiences and relationships, and work towards listening deeply to inner wisdom and embracing one's authentic self.
