Hey there! Welcome! My name is Nisa Seals and I am a dedicated mental health therapist passionate about helping young individuals and families navigate their unique challenges! I was born in Okinawa, Japan, and lived there for a few years before I spent the rest of my childhood and early adult years in a desert town called Twentynine Palms in California. In 2022 I decided it was time for a change and drove 3 days to move out to the great state of Georgia. I love dancing, music, food, traveling, anime, and learning about art, history, mental health, and psychology. Specialties: Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Child, Coping Skills, Family Conflict, Peer Relationships, School Issues, Self-Esteem, and Self-Harming Therapies: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and Strength-Based My philosophy and approaches to therapy are rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques, aimed at fostering personal growth and emotional well-being. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, set goals, and work towards positive change! I service the whole state of Georgia
