About

As a Queer &/or BIPOC person you may have lived experience of trauma, loss, oppression, & marginalization. You may feel like your body & nervous system are turning against you or that you have to mask parts of yourself to survive. No wonder relationships can be hard. When you're already working so hard to feel safe in your body the world can feel too much. It need not be this way. Your body can be your home, your way back to ground & center, a rich flowing wellspring of ancestral knowing that deepens your connection with yourself, earth, eros, others, & the world.

I am a somatic therapist & Somatic Experiencing Practitioner specializing in nervous system resiliency & trauma recovery. I help you turn your attention to the source of your vitality and strength, your body. We slowly work to unwind patterns of trauma, oppression, & shame so you can embody your fullest self & hold all parts of yourself with care & kindness.

I particularly enjoy working with Queer, Trans, BIPOC, Poly, ENM, BDSM, Kink, Autistic communities & fellow creatives, healers, immigrants, educators, activists, & artists. If you are ready to take the next step towards nourishing the you that us underneath personal & collective trauma please contact me to schedule a free 15 minute video consultation.
