I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a core part of engaging in healthy life changes. Change is very difficult for most people and sometimes all it takes is to talk about your struggles and have someone to listen and try to understand. My belief is that the therapy relationship can help the healing process no matter what it is you are dealing with. The first step towards having a happy life is a healthy mind. I have over 10 years of experience treating eating disorders. I believe that the relationship a person has with food can effect every aspect of their lives and I know that I can help people to reform a healthy relationship with not only food but with themselves. My passion is helping people to feel positive about who they are on the inside. As a therapist I like to think outside the box and approach therapy from a creative perspective. I believe in meeting you where you are at in your self-discovery and working with you together to figure out the best way to help you heal and grow. We are a team, and I hope to build trust in our relationship, so that I can help you in the best way for you!
