Nikisha Douge has obtained her Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy (MAMFT) at Northcentral University, with a specialization in couple therapy. Nikisha operates from a systemic, attachment oriented, emotions focused therapeutic lens. She wholeheartedly believes our emotions and attachment histories are directly tied to our identity and how we interact in relationships with others. Nikisha specializes in Couple therapy and is determined to help couples manage relationship and martial distress in efforts to help realign the building blocks of love between two people. Even though Nikisha works primarily with couples, Nikisha still empowers all her clients, including adults and children, to find solutions to their emotional distress. She creates a safe space for emotional deepening and discovery of what makes us uncomfortable and what ultimately prevents us from being the best version of ourselves.
