I believe therapy is for everyone and that it can address anything; there is no topic off the table! I specialize in trauma, substance use, and sexuality. I graduated from the Sexual Health Alliance Sex Therapist program. Additionally, I have training and experience to address a number of concerns including but not limited to stress, life transitions, anger, mood, anxiety, thought disorders, relationships, self-esteem, grief/loss, and spirituality. I hold the perspective that you are the expert and know what is right for you. As your therapist I will partner with you where you are at. To foster you in your pursuit of growth, recovery and wellness I will create a safe space and build a strong relationship with you. My approach has been described as warm, nonjudgmental, and individualized. I enjoy colorful language and encourage those that work with me to speak without worries of having to censor themselves. I utilize humor and creativity. The idea of talking to someone you don't know about your innermost thoughts can be daunting and honestly can feel weird. However, therapy with the right provider can be life-changing. I believe that everyone has a therapist out there for them that they will connect with.
