I help them by giving them tools to help them repair and deepening their important relationships as well learn to protect their emotions to prevent further suffering. I am a licensed with the State of Georgia (006965). I have 15 years of experience treating individuals, families and running groups. My areas of specialties are life transitions, anxiety,depression, women issues. I am certified to complete anger management evaluations and groups as well as Prepare/Enrich premarital counseling. I understand that every action is our best attempt at taking care of ourselves. I believe that providing a safe, comforting and supportive environment will help clients bring out the change they need to create a fulfilling and satisfying life. My counseling style is direct and gentle.
