About

I most often work with anxiety, depression, military-life stressors, work stress/changes, relationship issues, divorce, trauma, parenting/co-parenting struggles, and women's issues. These situations can become overwhelming and cause such havoc in one's life. It's not a sign of weakness to ask for help and I look forward to the opportunity to help you feel more like yourself again.

I am a Board Certified Professional Counselor in Connecticut and I am also professionally licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. I nationally certified as a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT) and I am a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Army.

Sometimes taking the first step to start counseling is the hardest part. Once you find a counselor who meets your needs and gains your trust, there is so much potential for growth in your life. Do not give up hope. Feel free to reach out and if I am not the right fit for you, I will gladly help you find someone who is.
