About

We all struggle. We all feel pain. And sometimes, we all suffer. When we're experiencing these tough moments in life, it can be difficult to make sense of things, to make healthy choices, or even to get out the door each day. We often need someone to listen and to support us on our journey, without judgment and with an open mind and heart. With empathy, compassion and curiosity, I hope to help you cultivate your strengths; guide you to nurture and care for yourself; and help you find tools that will help you to live a balanced, meaningful and authentic life.

I work with individuals (18+) experiencing a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, parenting/caregiver issues, trauma/PTSD, belonging, and self-worth. Together we might focus on thought processes and patterns; how to respond well to challenges; cultivating present moment awareness; and making connections with your mind, body, heart and spirit.

I believe therapy is a collaborative effort. Together we will explore, finding approaches to best fit your needs so that you can feel more grounded, connected, and ready to work with those difficult parts of life. My hope is to foster growth and empowerment, and to help you increase your self-awareness, self-compassion, and resiliency.
