About

I utilize a client centered approach in working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. In a safe, supportive, and non judgemental space we can explore the negative patterns in your life, work through any barriers, and move towards healing, growth, and change.

I utilize CBT, psychodynamic theory, EMDR, and narrative therapy to target feelings of dread, abandonment, isolation, anxiety, fear, hopelessness, and helplessness. My goal is to help you process childhood and recent trauma and reframe unhelpful patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs. Therefore, you can feel regulated and reclaim your life.

We will work together to address issues that arise in therapy and discover practical coping strategies that will be effective for you. Throughout the process, we will work together to improve your self-esteem, establish healthy boundaries, and improve your relationships. Start your therapeutic journey today by scheduling your free consultation.
