About

Life is complex and sometimes we need a little extra support. Therapy can provide a space to manage these complexities, better understand yourself, and take steps toward creating the self-image and life you strive for. We can work together to create a collaborative relationship where you can heal, express yourself in a non-judgmental safe space, and lead a more meaningful life. I am passionate about working with individuals to increase their self-awareness, build their strengths, and explore options to move through the world a little easier.

My areas of expertise are working with teens, young adults, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, OCD, life transitions, depression, imposter syndrome, and relationship issues. Before working in private practice, I worked with clients in a PHP and IOP setting in group and individual therapy.

By discovering areas of improvement and strengthening your ability to manage your stressors, I hope to help you feel more empowered and engaged in your life. I would be honored to join you as you navigate and cope, explore and express yourself, and bolster your strengths.
