I specialize in working with clients struggling through transition, whether it be from one stage of life to another, or when situations arise that require adjustment and change. I practice in an integrative style, pulling techniques from humanistic therapeutic approaches as well as evidenced based EMDR, ACT, DBT and IFS. I have an office in Brattleboro as well as provide telehealth services. Either way, you can expect to enter an open and affirming therapeutic environment. Please email me for current availability. Through 19 years of practice, I have mastered the integration of CBT techniques within a caring and genuine person-centered approach. Trained in EMDR, CBT, IFS and ACT, I provide a wide array of therapy options, including a trauma informed approach to helping my clients understand root causes of distress, associated behavior and new avenues for change. It can be a daunting task to find the right therapist who can help you navigate life's pathways, while managing the strong emotions that arise from chance and choice. Based on your needs, I will focus our sessions to help you get unstuck while assisting you to rebuild a newly empowered, resilient and strong self.
