I believe that finding happiness and achieving peace is not the absence of conflict and stress, but our ability to better cope with it through better knowing ourselves. I want to partner with you to make more conscious choices, develop resilience, and empower you to make changes and address barriers that might have you feeling stuck. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I also happen to think that humor and having a good laugh is incredibly healing too.

My therapy style is collaborative and engaging – it’s a back-and-forth conversation about what is and isn’t serving you. While I personalize my approach based on your needs, I operate from an attachment and relational perspective and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness (MBSR) as tools to help you track your success.
